We’ve made a big change to how our space runs 🤝

We’re expanding our opening hours, giving members more freedom to train on their terms, not just ours 🔑

This has only been possible because of the kind of people in this gym. Respectful, consistent and bought into what we’re building.

That’s why Lift Club will always stay a private space.
Not in a ‘closed off’ way but in a ‘we protect our environment’ kind of way.

We’re not trying to be a busy, commercial gym.
We’re building something smaller, better and more intentional.

With that said, we are opening up a small number of new memberships for the right people to come and be part of it.

Train with us for 12 weeks from 2nd March from wherever you are in the World!!! 💪🏼

Performance 12: Stronger, Leaner & Fitter, is our new 12‑week strength and conditioning plan for people who want to look like they lift and move like an athlete.

Across the next 3 months you’ll be hitting:
• 3 strength days per week (heavy compounds + bodybuilding work)
• 2–3 conditioning sessions (EMOMs, intervals + easy cardio)
• Built‑in progressions and deloads so you actually get stronger, fitter and leaner instead of burning out

We’re both running this block ourselves from 2nd March. Same sessions, same plan. If you’re tired of doing random workouts and want to follow a proper program with us, Performance 12 is your next 12 weeks.
