We’re excited to share our work with Moringa, a leadership development organisation helping purpose-driven organisations take a more person-centred approach to leadership and organisational development.

When we started the project, Moringa had a logo - but no wider visual identity. Our challenge was to build a flexible, cohesive brand system that could capture their values of human potential, connection, growth and positive impact.

We refined and streamlined the existing logo, then developed a complete visual identity spanning:

✦ A distinctive, considered colour palette
✦ Typography and visual hierarchy
✦ Icons, patterns and supporting graphic elements
✦ An approach to imagery that feels human and authentic
✦ Tone of voice and brand guidelines
✦ A new website and social media assets
✦ Print and event materials

The result is a brand that feels professional and credible, while still warm, human and approachable - giving Moringa the consistency and confidence to communicate their work across every touchpoint.

A visual identity designed to support an organisation focused on helping people and organisations grow, connect and create positive change.

***Trigger warning: This post references sexual exploitation.***

Some projects are about starting from scratch. Others are about building on what's already working.

Working with CEASE was definitely the latter.

The goal was to refresh their brand without losing the recognition and trust they'd built over the years. Instead of creating a completely new identity, we evolved what was already there into something bolder, more flexible and better equipped for the future.

The idea that shaped the project was "To a Full Stop" - a phrase that perfectly reflects CEASE's mission to end sexual exploitation. That simple concept influenced everything from the refined logo to the circular graphic elements and colour gradients, which represent the progress towards a future free from exploitation.

Alongside the updated identity, we created a toolkit of brand assets to help keep communications consistent across everything from social media and presentations to reports, newsletters and fundraising materials.

It's always a privilege to work on projects where design can help communicate such an important mission. Really pleased with how this one came together.

We were recently approached to develop the brand strategy and visual identity for Greannach & Crosta, an independent Welsh publishing house with a simple mission: make literature feel accessible to people who don't usually read.

The identity avoids the expected Celtic clichés, instead taking inspiration from traditional publishing, historic bookshops, tactile print, and the quiet richness of Welsh craft and storytelling.

The result is a timeless brand that feels warm, thoughtful, and rooted in heritage - proving that literary design can be sophisticated without feeling exclusive.

A mood board isn’t just “nice-to-have” at the start of a branding project - it’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Before logos, colour palettes, or typography come into play, a mood board helps translate abstract ideas into a clear visual direction. It bridges the gap between what a brand feels like and how it should actually look.

It also gets everyone aligned early. Instead of relying on vague words like “modern” or “bold” (which mean different things to different people), a mood board creates a shared visual language. This reduces miscommunication, speeds up decision-making, and prevents costly revisions later.

Most importantly, it sets the tone. A strong mood board captures the personality, emotion, and energy of a brand - guiding every creative choice that follows. Without it, you’re essentially designing in the dark.

Sunshine, countryside, and a very happy dog 🐾🌼

Today was a reminder that the best ideas don’t come from staring at a screen - they come from space, movement, and a bit of sunshine.

Watching my dog run through daffodils and buttercups, living her best life, I couldn’t help but think...good design should feel like that too.

Fresh. Natural. Effortless.

That’s what I aim to bring into my work - design that doesn’t feel forced or overcomplicated, but instead connects, breathes, and just works.

Sometimes, stepping away is exactly what brings the best creativity back.
