It's been a busy morning on our TWS Quadra DVC EVO!

With another batch of electronic interface products placed and assembled, it's now heading through quality control before making its way to customers in the electronics sector.

Using automated pick-and-place assembly helps us position components accurately and consistently across every batch, particularly on membrane switches and electronic interface products.

Plus, this machine also gives us the flexibility to handle lower volume, high-mix production efficiently, which is important when many customers need bespoke products rather than thousands of identical parts.

Manufacturing will always use energy and materials, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do better.

We’re continually working to reduce the environmental impact of our processes. From generating part of our own energy through solar power to recycling production waste and reducing unnecessary machine run time, our focus remains on practical improvements that genuinely reduce waste and energy use.

Some changes were small. Others required major investment. But together, they’ve helped us reduce overall energy consumption even as the business has grown. 🌱

When safety standards matter, material choice matters too.

All of the Lexan polycarbonate materials we supply carry the UL94 V-0 fire safety rating, one of the highest flame-resistance classifications for plastics. 🔥

That means the material is designed to self-extinguish quickly, resist flame spread and produce very little smoke. So for industries like rail, automotive, electronics and aerospace, that’s a seriously important part of the spec.

Add in excellent print quality, durability and optical clarity and it’s easy to see why Lexan remains such a popular choice for overlays, panels and industrial graphics!
