This is our adhesive lamination process in action, where premium 3M double-sided adhesive is applied to the reverse of printed substrates using pressure rollers to create a strong, bubble-free bond.

It might be a simple step, but it's certainly an important one!

By applying the adhesive consistently across every sheet, we produce self-adhesive graphic overlays and membrane switches that are ready to be securely mounted to industrial equipment and control panels, turning printed graphics into finished products ready for use.

A good print should never leave quality to chance.

Before any screen printed graphic leaves us, it goes through careful inspection to make sure everything is exactly as it should be. We check colour, registration, finish and the finer details, making sure every print not only looks the part, but is ready to do the job it was designed for.

The laser cutter's been earning its keep this morning! 💥

Fast, accurate and capable of processing a wide range of materials, our laser cutting service helps customers turn designs into finished components with speed and consistency.

From acrylics and laminates to plastics, wood and Perspex, we can produce intricate profiles with tolerances of up to ±0.2mm and cut material up to 40mm thick, depending on the application.
