As our Help Desk Manager, David oversees the day‑to‑day running of our Extra Mile Support service and leads the team who are on the front line for our clients. His focus is simple: ensuring every issue is handled quickly, professionally and with the level of care our clients expect from us.

David plays a key role in keeping our support function running smoothly, from managing workloads and prioritising tickets to supporting the team and making sure clients always receive clear communication and a great experience.

His leadership helps ensure our Helpdesk consistently delivers the reliability, responsiveness and reassurance our clients depend on.

If you’ve ever met James, you’ll know his love for technology didn’t start in the workplace - it began in childhood. He was the kid who took things apart just to understand how they worked… and then had to quickly figure out how to put them back together again.

All these years later, not much has changed.

James brings that same curiosity and problem‑solving mindset to his role at Riven. He’s constantly exploring new Microsoft technologies - breaking them down, rebuilding them in his lab environment, and understanding the full user experience before deploying them into production for our clients.

This hands‑on approach means he doesn’t just know how something works - he knows how it feels to use. And that makes a huge difference when designing solutions that empower businesses.

Most recently, James has strengthened his expertise even further by achieving his Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft certifications - a testament to his dedication to continuous learning and delivering best‑in‑class solutions.

If you’ve ever worked with Riven, there’s a good chance you’ve met Dani, and if you have, you’ll know exactly why our clients love working with her.

Dani has been part of Riven for 11 years and during that time she’s become a cornerstone of our client experience. Starting as a Senior Account Manager, she now leads our Client Services function and is a key member of our management team, helping shape the way we support and develop client relationships across the business.

For Dani, it’s all about people. The relationships she’s built over the years are what she values most and that shines through in everything she does. Her goal is simple: to be someone clients can trust to get things done, whether she handles it personally or brings in the wider Riven team to ensure every need is met.
