Introducing ' latest feature, Intelligent Recap, designed to provide a quick summary or skim read of your meetings. With Teams Premium, you can now enjoy the benefits of this powerful tool.

Intelligent Recap leverages AI technology to automatically generate meeting notes, recommended tasks, and personalised highlights from your Teams meeting recordings. Say goodbye to the hassle of taking your own notes and fully immerse yourself in the meeting itself.

For our EU tenants, AI-generated notes and tasks will be available starting from mid-August 2023. Currently, this feature is offered in English, with additional language support set to roll out in Autumn 2023.

Stay tuned for the next exciting update, which will introduce the ability to navigate through topics and chapters. This means users can easily jump to the most relevant sections of the meeting. Keep an eye out for this exciting development!

VR At 1plex! We each have our own Oculus Meta headsets, so we've been experimenting with them to discover what the hype is all about. Our initial meeting in Horizon Workspaces was a blast, as we explored the various rooms, seating arrangements, and personalised avatars available to us. We even spruced up the space with our own photos and 1plex logo. With avatars, you can truly embody any persona you desire, so feel free to don a pink cowboy hat or anything else that strikes your fancy! 😜

1plex have recently completed a project to upgrade the technology in Poly Immersive Studio Telepresence rooms to natively support Microsoft Teams. The project involved removing the Poly Realpresence hardware and replacing with Microsoft Teams Room with solutions from

The investment in furniture, lighting and acoustics have been retained but we now have a running on stunning dual 86” screens with amazing audio from Biamp using the Tesira X400 and with Parle microphones – all MS certified and solutions we consider best in class to ensure the amazing immersive video experience is retained.

Using bespoke stands with all equipment mounted behind easy to remove acoustic panelling, available in a range of colours, the conversion of these rooms can be completed in as little as two days.

If you have existing telepresence rooms (Poly, Cisco etc) and would like to understand how these can be upgraded and repurposed to support MS Teams, Zoom, Google or Web-ex to support modern working, please get in touch

Who is now a pro at Video meetings…👋 Us here at 1plex like to think so , so we have taken on additional space to really showcase what we can offer our customers. With hybrid working the way forward for majority of workplaces, we wanted to have a flexible space that allows us to test, develop and configure meeting room solutions to enable us to get it right first time for our customers! This space also allows us to have a walk in demo for people to come and say ‘Hello’ and visually see how a meeting space could work for them. Restrictions on travel looks to be hanging around for a while yet, so this space gives us time to re-create our customers vision and play around with different concepts before being deployed overseas. YES to everyone being back in the office - What a good feeling!!

We thought we would refresh the office with a few soft furnishings, purifying plants, LED lighting and a new cooling system – Its so good to be back and hear the light chatter return to the office.
