Not that any dad needs an excuse to post a of their daughter, but a thought crossed my mind when I saw this... will she be the first generation that won’t have to go through a test? Given the eye-watering cost of insuring young drivers, cars could be a great help in allowing more independence for young people in areas where public transport is not an option.

new sunevision iAdvantage MEGA Plus data centre is one of the newest additions to the hub in Tseung Kwan O. As well as the stunning , it has a huge 132kV substation supplying 50MVA raw power to site. That’s nothing compared to what’s coming soon - at the end of last year Sunevision acquired land next door with the potential to build a facility almost three times the size of MEGA Plus, which will cement the company’s position as market leader in Hong Kong for some time.

brand new facility in WA3 nearing completion. I understand when fully built out will accommodate 7.2MW IT load. This also marks the first purpose-built in Poland by Equinix, and the biggest ever deployment by an international operator. National operator .pl still retains the title of biggest operator by total MW of IT capacity.

London East was one of the early multi-storey dedicated to be built in London. Skyscraper data centres such as iAdvantage facilities are typically seen in Asia where land prices dictate design. Now we are beginning to see the trend return to London... SEGRO have now started building multi-storey shell buildings for data centre occupiers as land values in Slough hit a new high.
