Couple of nice systems built recently, been a bit quiet on the build front due to the RAMpocolypse.
The cost of the RAM shortage right now between 2 components alone RAM and SSD on average has added £500 onto the cost on computers when will this end?
Meanwhile I shall just carry on with the many repairs your keeping me busy with and the odd new build here and there.

Hi all just a quick update on the shop,
I have met with the new landlord today and for the time being he is happy with me staying where I am.

Hi everyone, my recovery from my operation is going a little slower than anticipated so I’m going to continue working from home this week and reopen the shop on the 11th May.
The shop phone is fully active and it forwards all calls made to my mobile phone.
Hopefully I should be also finding out soon what’s happening with the shop as I should be meeting the new owners to discuss its future I promise to keep you all updated as I find out.
In addition I just want to assure you all I will continue the business regardless of the outcome I will be there to support all your PC needs and requirements.
And finally thank you all for your support and for keeping me busy from home it means a lot to me.

Hello all my wonderful customers

Just to advise you all I will be closed for the week starting 27/04 as I am having surgery on the Monday. I definitely will not be contactable Monday to Wednesday but may be able to do phone consultations thurs-sat depending on how I am feeling I will keep you updated on here.

Also in regards to the shop as many have already asked the latest update is that the property has sold but we still don’t know what’s going to happen just yet.. as soon as I have details I will update you all

Hi all as many of you may have seen the shop goes up for Auction on the 22nd of this month. This is my landlord retiring and him selling off his properties and
NOT ME CLOSING MY BUSINESS
I have been advised to continue trading as I am, with the hope whoever buys it may continue my lease.
However if things don’t go my way I will still continue the business from home temporarily until I find a new place or build a built for purpose office at home.
As many of you know I live just across the road from the shop, as many of you would have had service and products from me during the COVID lockdown.
Be rest assured if it doesn’t go my way and the shop closes that is not the end of Simon’s Custom Computers.
