A quick story from the "everyone's online at once" files.

One screen’s talking to mamgu and bamps, another's streaming, someone's gaming, and someone else is learning how to DIY, muttering at a progress bar that hasn't moved in ten minutes.
Sound familiar?

That's just how our homes work now - and it's exactly why full fibre matters. Not because it's flashy, but because it's built for a lot of life happening all at once.

Check out our hints and tips, and give your erro a helping hand – it’s doing a lot of work👇

Wifi's brilliant for most things – but for gaming and streaming, a wired connection takes things up a notch.

Plug straight into the router and you get a dedicated, rock-solid connection with no interference. Simple upgrade, with a noticeable difference.

Your router works hard - and every now and again, it deserves a break.

Switching it off and back on clears the cobwebs, refreshes the connection and keeps everything running at its best. Thirty seconds is all it takes – just think of it like a little tea break, for your wifi.

Want to get even more from your wifi? It starts with where your router sits. Out in the open, up off the floor, somewhere central – that's its happy place. Give it a bit of space and it'll give you a lot back.

A strong wifi signal won't fix everything, but it does mean the phone call with someone who gets it doesn't cut out halfway through. Be kind to others, and to yourself.

Since the Senedd Cymru campaigning kicked off about six weeks ago, we reckon Wales has streamed, scrolled and shared roughly a petabyte of political content.

That’s around 200,000 HD films – or debates, manifestos, reels and livestreams - flying down full fibre and 5G connections the length of the country.

So, whatever you've watched or shared, turn it into a tick on a ballot paper today.
