How many people have seen this one before? 👀
This was definitely a first for us!

We managed to diagnose and fix this very technical fault nonetheless 😂, along with plenty of slightly more conventional repairs, servicing and maintenance over the past week.

There’s never a dull day in the world of photocopiers!

Some installs are more straightforward than others... this definitely wasn't one of them.

No stair climber on this one. Just a very steep, narrow staircase in 30°C heat.

There was plenty of sweating, a bit of regret, and we definitely questioned our career choices for a few minutes... 😂

But the new device is in, installed, and the customer is back up and running.
It's all part of the job, and we'll always do everything we can to get things done.

We don't just look after the machines we supply.

We get plenty of calls to across Cumbria that we've never seen before and aren't covered by one of our service contracts.
This was one of those.

The customer gave us a call, we were on site within 40 minutes, and the machine was serviced, repaired and back up and running within the hour.

It doesn't matter if we supplied the machine or not. If your photocopier is playing up, give us a shout and we'll do our best to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review. It really does mean a lot to a local business like ours.
