The COVID-19/Coronavirus Update

We will remain open and continue to offer pc support services to our customers until advised otherwise by Her Majesty’s Government.
At Millennium Computers the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. During these challenging times we appreciate your support more than ever and would like to reassure you that we are going above and beyond to ensure your health and wellbeing. We are strictly adhering to government advice and continually monitoring our protocols in line with ongoing updates.
Here are just a few of the initiatives we’ve put in place.
We have:
Devised a solution to transport computers and laptops without the need of personal interaction, by the means of leaving a hygienically cleaned box at your door for the computer to go in and be collected. We will then fix any issues and give the item a thorough clean with non-damaging anti-viral sprays. It will then be returned to you.
On site visits are still available and will be done with the utmost in hygiene and care.
Remote support will be available for anyone who is completely self-isolated. We can fix most software issues such as:
Computer viruses & malware.
Email and social media issues.
For anyone self-isolating video chat software can be set up remotely so you can communicate with loved ones at this challenging time.
We have also created an online shop via our website which will stock all basic computer peripherals and software. Most can be delivered on the same day or for locals in a few hours. Items will be delivered with no contact and boxes will be hygienically cleaned. Larger items will be available with 2 -3 day delivery

However - we also need you to help us! The most important steps that you can personally take to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are:
Wash your hands regularly
Cough and sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it immediately
Avoid touching your face
Needless to say, if unfortunately, you are feeling ill or have a compromised immune system, please stay safe and adhere to government guidelines by self-isolating at home. These are challenging times for us all.
