🎉 Congratulations to Rory on graduating with a First-Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Electronic Engineering with a Diploma in Professional Practice from Ulster University!

Rory first joined us on placement in 2023/24 and we're so pleased to have him back permanently as a Test Engineer. This is a brilliant achievement — we couldn't be prouder! 🚀

🌸 We've made an incredible discovery at Yelo — a protected Bee Orchid (Ophrys apifera) has been found growing naturally right beside our staff BBQ and picnic area!

One of the UK's most extraordinary wildflowers, the Bee Orchid is protected under the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981. Its flower mimics a bumblebee so convincingly it's one of nature's most remarkable visual illusions. Finding one growing wild is genuinely rare — it only spreads through natural seed dispersal and thrives only where the environment is undisturbed and well cared for.

We love that our team has been enjoying their lunch breaks right next to this rare beauty without even knowing it was there. 🐝🌿 We'll be making sure it's protected and left to flourish. (photos by our Operations Director, David Sinclair)
