We are a small team but are proud of the level of support we can offer, and we are now in a position to offer IT Support services 7 Days-a-Week, both remotely and on-site, depending on the requirement. All our engineers are formally certified by Microsoft and Apple as a minimum and we have partnerships with many global technology companies to assist with the supply and support of vital business infrastructure. Our support packages start from as low as £50 per month and we do not tie clients into any long-term contracts. Our core principle has always been to offer a top-quality service whist keeping the cost as low as possible. To achieve this, we never charge for consultations, proposals or quotes, nor do we charge for our time until the issue is fixed, or the proposed solution is delivered.
