Whats on my mind?!
My daughter who teaches in Kuwait was told to remove her necklace and cross as it goes against their religion.
When in Rome do as the Romans.
HOWEVER…. How many mosques are there in christian countries, how much do we have to bend over to accommodate and intergrate with people of other religions and cultures, while not being given the same in other countries?!
Your rules in your countries … and in ours??????
I am not against other cultures or races but there is a time when it becomes wrong - when our country compromises the rights and safety if our citizens.
I find this so difficult to comprehend. Our rules and laws should protect our culture, our rights …. And I am saying this as a person not born in the UK. I came here expecting to live by UK rules, respecting UK culture, UK laws and UK citizens right, property and to respect and appreciate them.
I live in the UK now, I have to live by your rules etc, snd not expect the UK to change their rules and culture to accommodate me.
