UK property searches did not fall in 2026; they changed shape. Total searches for “houses for sale” held at 165,000 a month, but the questions around them moved sharply towards mortgages, new builds, renting rules and running costs. At the same time, the places people ask those questions are moving into AI tools and social feeds

CREATE WITH AI: PART 2 🤖✨

What a morning in Manchester!

Today we hosted the second instalment of Create with AI - this time diving into the world of AI-generated images, video and creative content.

Led by our Founder , we got hands-on with the tools changing how brands create content - from generating on-brand imagery and short-form video to better prompting, creative consistency and understanding where AI genuinely fits within a marketing strategy.

We were also joined by Sergio Ferreira, Intellectual Property Solicitor at Knights, to tackle one of the biggest questions surrounding AI-generated content: what can you actually use commercially, and who owns it?

Plenty of live demos, brilliant questions, coffee and conversations ☕
