Great to see the DRCS banner out and about!

It was lovely to see the ladies at Barlow Carnival on Saturday, showcasing the Derwent Rural Counselling Service banner we printed for them and using it as a backdrop on their stand. 💜

It looked fantastic, and we’re so pleased to see our printing out there helping local organisations get noticed!

Using AI to design your flyers or business cards? Read this before you hit send!

We're seeing more and more artwork created with AI or online design tools that simply isn't suitable for professional printing. Don't worry – it's a common issue, and we're here to help!

To achieve the best print quality, ask Ai or Chat to use these prompts prior to asking them to design your file...

✅ Designed at 300dpi (high resolution)
✅ Set to the finished size PLUS a 3mm bleed on all sides
✅ For example, an A5 flyer should be 154mm × 216mm (finished size is 148mm × 210mm, plus 3mm bleed all round)
✅ Keep all important text, logos and graphics at least 6mm inside the finished edge to prevent anything being trimmed off
✅ Saved as a high-quality PDF whenever possible

Unfortunately, AI-generated images and low-resolution files often look great on screen but print blurry or pixelated.

💡 If you're using AI to help create your design, make sure you ask it to produce artwork that meets these print specifications.
