Hi,
I wanted to share that the A R Website Design social media pages will be officially closing on 31st March.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but the time has come for me to move on to new chapters and new challenges. I want to reassure everyone that all current clients have been contacted directly and have been and will continue to be supported in making alternative arrangements to ensure a smooth transition.

I am incredibly grateful to every client, supporter and friend who has trusted me over the years. Your support, recommendations and belief in what I built has meant more than I can properly put into words. It has truly been a privilege to work with so many amazing people and businesses.

As one chapter closes, another begins and I'm excited to now be focusing on a new journey centred around my passion for running, including developing my path as a sponsored athlete and coach.

Thank you again to everyone who has been part of this journey — whether you worked with me, supported me, or simply followed along, I appreciate you all.

When the hard work pays off! 10 weeks of training, sub 16 was the goal, came through with 15.44 official........a 20 second PB. AND Spurs won the Europa League!

Struggling to work today without singing "We are the Champions" every few minutes 😆

If you know me, you'll know i am rather competitive (mostly with myself) and that I am a person who sets a goal and a plan to achieve it. It doesn't always work as well as I hope, lets face it, life likes to throw a lot of twists and turns in the way but the feeling when it does work is immense.

I transfer that role not only into running but into my work too. I set myself goals for work and projects and tasks I need to complete. Do you do the same?

For the Easter weekend I achieved my latest running goal, a sub 16 minute 5K race in London; completed.

For today, i've achieved my latest project goal.

Now onto the next ones!

Another weekend, another race but a special one this time..........PULFORD 10K - 32:56 OFFICIAL 💥 I can’t believe it! I have finally broken my 2 year old PB 🤯 still processing but beyond grateful. It was a long way to go for a race but mixing with some of the best athletes at the moment was inspiring. This race was one of the UK Athletics trial race qualifiers for the inaugural European Road Running Championships in Belgium.

I'm not sure why but i signed myself up to 3 races across 3 weekends, back to back. I'd set myself a goal and regardless of the outcome of each race, i was determined to complete it.

Yesterday i completed it with a 1 second PB in my half marathon at Newport. I have struggled to get back into the groove after returning from Spain but pressed on and finished it.

Alicante Half Marathon - done
Bourton 10K - done
Newport Half Marathon - done

A lesson learnt in how preparation is key to executing those harder goals............something I can take into my work too!

I'm back from Spain and still dreaming of Sangria and the most amazing white chocolate croissants in the world. Seriously, if you go to Alicante, make sure you go to SANTAGLORIA. I lost count of how many we ate in those few days 😁 Plus i got to experience my first racing experience abroad by completing the Alicante Half Marathon. I have no words, just......stunning.

I'm getting back into the swing of things, thanks for your patience. Have a great week, Andy

You know how much i love running.....well right now i am the fastest V35 in the country over the 5 mile distance.... it won't last, its only January! 😂 but im proud of that one... I will savour this because by the end of the year i'll be lucky to be top 30! Have a good weekend 👍

I do love my flat and fast races but i love the Newent 9 possibly more. Such a great race, always a fab atmosphere, a mixed course and cake at the end! Plus it's not only nice to support local but it means i don't have to get up super early either 😆

Took 35 seconds off last years time (bit shocked with that!) and came 2nd (a close 2nd).
