Another satisfying day fixing a high end gaming pc. The computer was in parts due to the customer trying to diagnose the issue with the RGB lights, only 2 would work and half of the fans wouldn’t work. After testing the RGB and fan hub it seemed to have fried previously after a new PSU was installed. Ordered a replacement and connected it all up, synced the fans up and put all the insides back together and it’s working like a charm.

With the cost of the replacement RGB and fan hub and the fix it self it cost the customer a total of £40 typically this would usually cost anywhere from £60-£100 to fit a PSU install the hub tidy the wires and rebuild the case minus the cost of the parts.
