Visaton continue to develop their range of compact loudspeaker drive units which use advanced materials and manufacturing techniques to achieve a very high performance level. Speakers such as the BF 45 offer a surprisingly high power handling and frequency response for such a small unit (1.8"). This can offer the designer enhanced audio capability, and greater weight and space saving capability, within the product design.

We are very excited for the release of Visatons' new Waterproof Exciter, the EX 60 XWP - 8 Ohm. This will be the highest IP rated exciter in the Visaton range, with IP65 and 67 rating. This is due to its fully sealed plastic enclosure, making it an ideal exciter for outdoor applications, where the presence of water is expected.
