A full-time opportunity exists to join the Design Xpress team as a Print Operative.
Ideally from a print or production background, preferably with Large Format experience or experience in manufacturing, the successful candidate must take a pride in their work and be able to take ownership of a machine. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn new equipment and processes with attention to detail.
Ideally you will have experience of running presses/rips and preparing products for despatch and will be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritise tasks to tight deadlines. Commitment to overtime may be necessary.
Role includes:
Operating presses and RIPS to tight deadlines and accuracy
Achieving daily/weekly production targets and output
Maintenance of machinery and safe clean workspace
Participation in continuous improvement and optimising workflow

This is a monolith podium.

We covered the existing sides with foamex, wrapped all four sides with printed vinyl, and created a separate interchangeable foam panel to cover the front of the podium.

Finally, we attached these panels to a stand-off locator so that they can be removed or changed when necessary.
