With the recent hot weather, we are very sadly aware of several serious incidents and fatalities, nationally, involving cold water locations.
At the Anderton Centre, we would like to politely remind everyone that entering Lower Rivington Reservoir or attempting to access the Aqua Park before opening is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. Cold water shock, hidden hazards, and open water conditions can present very real risks, even during warm weather.
Our Aqua Park is currently being prepared and will officially open in early July, with full safety measures, trained staff, and operational supervision in place. We’ll be sharing confirmed opening information very soon across our social media channels.
Until then, please help us keep everyone safe by staying out of the water and away from the Aqua Park structures.
