A warm Dunster welcome begins at HC Bakehouse!

As visitors leave Dunster's main car park and make their way up the steps into the village, they're greeted by the wonderful team at HC Bakehouse – the perfect place to begin a day exploring one of Somerset's most beautiful medieval villages.

Whether you're in the mood for an ice cream, a freshly baked pasty (yum!), a hot drink, or a jar of the area's famous whortleberry jam, there's something to tempt everyone.

Behind the counter, Jackie, Tracey, Cliff and Chris are always hard at work. From serving customers with a smile to keeping everything spotless, watering the plants and making the village look so welcoming, they do a fantastic job. It's little touches like these that make Dunster such a lovely place to visit.
