Celebrating 20 years of RPS Telecom 🎉
This weekend, the RPS team came together to celebrate a very special milestone. What started as an idea on a napkin has grown into a telecoms provider supporting businesses across Wales and beyond, built on strong relationships, trusted service and a genuine commitment to helping customers stay connected.
RPS was founded with a clear ambition: to rival the larger providers by delivering the very best customer service. From the very beginning, the business was built on integrity, honest advice and doing the right thing for customers.
It was important for us to take a moment to recognise the founders who had that original idea, took the risk and built the foundations that RPS still stands on today.
Those foundations were not just about building a business. They were about looking after a team, leading the right way, growing the right way and creating something with values that would last. Their ambition and drive still live and breathe in the business today.
To mark the occasion, we spent the day together at Perriswood for archery and rifle shooting, followed by a BBQ, quiz, awards and plenty of laughter.
There was lots of competitive rivalry, a few questionable claims of skill, and thankfully… no one got shot 🎯
Our celebration was a chance to reflect on where RPS started, recognise the people and values behind the business, and celebrate the team who are shaping its future.
