📢 Important Update – DVS Computers
Custom PC Orders
To ensure I can continue offering competitive pricing and the best possible service, I’ve updated my ordering policy for all future custom PC builds.
Unfortunately, I’ve had too many occasions now where payment plans have dragged on for months, promised payments haven’t been made, and components have been reserved for customers who never completed their orders.
As component prices fluctuate regularly, this leaves me absorbing price increases, holding valuable stock for extended periods and turning away genuine customers who are ready to buy. As a small independent business, this simply isn’t sustainable.
With immediate effect:
🖥️ Collection Orders
• 50% non-refundable deposit required.
• Deposits accepted by Bank Transfer only.
• Work will commence once the deposit has been received.
• Remaining balance payable on collection.
• Completed systems must be collected within 7 days of completion.
• If collection cannot be made within 7 days, the remaining balance must be paid in full on the 7th day, with collection arranged for a mutually convenient date.
🚚 Delivery Orders
• Full payment is required before any parts are ordered or work begins.
• Payment accepted by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
📋 Quotations
• All quotations are valid for 7 days due to fluctuating component prices and supplier costs.
These changes allow me to continue providing quality components, competitive pricing and a reliable service for genuine customers.
