Reserve Call Handlers Wanted (Daventry)

SinglePoint Calls is on the lookout for reserve call handlers to join our busy office right here in Daventry.

The work is varied. You’ll be taking inbound calls for a large organisation in the criminal justice sector, alongside calls for a mix of other businesses including pest control, IT support and HR. No two shifts look quite the same.

We run 24/7, so we need a team of reliable people on standby to step in and cover sickness, annual leave and those times when we just need an extra pair of hands. You won’t be tied to set hours, which makes this a brilliant fit if you’re a student, or if you’re looking to top up your income around other commitments.

Full training is provided, so you don’t need previous experience. If you’ve got a friendly phone manner and you’re happy to help people, we’ll show you the rest.

A basic DBS check is required for the role, which we’ll arrange and carry out for you.

Details:

• Daytime: £13 per hour (£14.57 with holiday pay)
• Evenings: £15 per hour (£16.81 with holiday pay)
• Office based

Paid monthly, PAYE.

Three years ago today, I took a leap and started SinglePoint Calls with our first 8 call handlers.
I'd been frustrated by the poor service I'd experienced from other telephone answering providers, and I knew there had to be a better way to do it - one that actually put clients and their callers first.
Fast forward to today, and we've grown to a brilliant team of 40 call handlers based here in Daventry, supporting businesses across the UK 24/7. We're handling everything from telephone answering and live chat to recruitment call handling and IT support.
But the number I'm most proud of isn't the 40 people - it's the relationships we've built. With our clients who trust us to be their voice. With the local businesses we support. And with every single person on our team who makes this work every single day.
