With the show over, we'd like to thank everyone who came today for the patronage and their appreciation of the games we had today, both physical and virtual. We are planning to host another event soon, but we need to work out the details on that.
In the meantime, watch this space; and if you have any comments, questions or suggestions you'd like to make, feel free to send them to us!

Bytes is live! Come on down to The Venue on Abbey Street, where we've got games and refreshments aplenty! Its a 2 pound entry fee at the door and then you can come in and out as much as you please!
There's also a competition taking place throughout the day, with a cash prize going to the winner. More details on the competition, as well as games on show, will be available inside.

So come on in and have a Byte!

Just a reminder that Bytes will be hosting its convention tomorrow! We will be showcasing a bunch of classic multiplayer games including Smash Bros. Melee and Halo 3. We also have a collection of board and card games: King of New York, Coup, Codenames, Epic Spell Wars and Boss Monster 2 will all be available to play!
We will also be serving snacks and drinks throughout the day to fuel your gaming!

There's a £2.00 entry fee to get in but after that you will get a pass that enables you to come in and put as much as you like.

So come on down and have a byte with us!

We currently have planned 5 indie developers, a Mario kart tournament with prize, and multiple board games and multiplayer games. These include Smash Bros, Halo, worms and Speedrunners.Indie Games will be revealed closer to the event!

Bytes will be putting on a gaming convention at "The Venue" in Derby on the 18th of June from 11am-5pm. Hope to see you all there!

Just a reminder, our first event is just under two weeks away! We've currently secured five local games developers to showcase their projects at our convention. If you're interested in seeing these, or just want to enjoy some tea and coffee, then don't forget to pop by The Venue in Derby on the 18th of June.

We are looking for game developers who wish to show their upcoming indie projects to the public at a gaming convention in Derby UK! This convention will take place on the 18th of june 2016 with an estimate of about 300 people coming in throughout the day and we have some space available for indie developers to show their upcoming projects.
