We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to help bring bold ideas to life across brands, websites and campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Creative & Strategy Directors, turning strategy into standout visuals and collaborating directly with clients to deliver work that hits the mark.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, decks and more
🔹 Support discovery sessions for new brands and websites
🔹 Work directly with clients through feedback and sign-off
🔹 Contribute creative ideas with a strong interest in marketing strategy
🔹 Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) + Canva
🔹 Figma, Miro & Microsoft Office a bonus (not essential)
🔹 A solid portfolio showing a wide range of digital work
🔹 Great communication skills and confidence working with clients
🔹 Creative, detail-driven and comfortable juggling multiple projects
🔹 Curious about marketing and keen to learn
