We are a local family business that has been supporting its customers and local businesses for 26 years, originally trading from our humble beginnings at the old Shelfanger Hall premises in Norfolk and now enjoying a very successful 15th year in the landmark building on Victoria Road in Diss that includes a large car park and disabled access.

There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out and are contacted by telephone with in depth updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made. Because the computers are repaired in the large custom built, state of the art workshops on Victoria Road, there are no costly carriage fees or long weeks of waiting for the computer to be returned.
121 Computers handle all warranties in house so there is no need for customers to spend time on the phone to expensive call centres when they have a problem.
