This HP arrived with a seized cooling fan that wasn't spinning at all. Every start up triggered a System Fan (90B) error and a 15-second shutdown warning.

After opening it up, the cause was clear:

❌ Poor heat transfer and reduced cooling performance

Service completed:

The unit arrived with significant dust accumulation inside the chassis — affecting the motherboard, cooling components and the power section. Degraded thermal compound and restricted airflow were directly impacting operating temperatures and overall system stability.

Scope of work:

âś” complete system disassembly
âś” thorough removal of accumulated dust from all internal components
âś” cleaning of heatsinks and cooling fans
âś” detailed inspection of the motherboard and power section
