So…. 2026 so far for Dolphin ICT…. We’ve spent a lot of time investing in business development, building new relationships, and finding new ways to improve the service we deliver to our clients.

We’re being proactive, enjoying the process and being authentically us! 🐬😄

We’ve attended events across the UK and even travelled abroad to learn from others in our industry - every conversation, visit, and experience has helped us bring new ideas back to Dolphin ICT.

Business is important, but for us it’s always been about people too. We’ve invested in building connections within our community too. Just as valuable as the work we’ve done.

The result is a stronger team, a stronger offering, and even better support for the businesses that trust us.

If you didn’t know her already, we want you to meet Maddie, our Accounts Administrator! 👋 Again…You’ll be seeing more of Maddie in future posts 😄

Maddie helps keep the business running smoothly by managing invoices, supplier accounts, and payroll.

She has a great eye for detail and is often the person spotting things that don’t quite add up!

A lot of her work happens behind the scenes, but it’s an important part of delivering a great service to our clients.

We’re glad she’s willing to appear on more of our posts! If she didn’t work for us, there’s definitely a place for her in the acting world 😆🎥

Meet Chloe, our Service Delivery Lead!! 👸 We thought you better get to know her as she’s featuring on a few of our light hearted video’s 😁…

Chloe plays a key role in making sure our clients receive the high level of service they expect from Dolphin ICT.

She oversees the day-to-day operation of our service desk, helps manage technician workloads, monitors client feedback, and works closely with the team to keep support running smoothly.

Chloe is also involved in project delivery, helping to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.

A big part of her role is making sure the right people are focused on the right tasks, helping both our team and our clients get the best possible outcomes.
