⚠️ Service Disruption – Mastdata

We are currently experiencing a major service outage affecting Mastdata (mastdata.com).

This is due to a widespread fibre network failure between Sheffield and London, which is impacting upstream connectivity provided via our infrastructure partner, Hyperslice.

Their status page confirms that a primary fibre route has been severed near Sheffield, with engineers actively working on restoration:

As a result, access to Mastdata services may be unavailable or degraded.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will restore full service as soon as connectivity is recovered.
