Euro 7 Mumurs --

we've been hearing that some of the very latest 2025 vans are keeping the alternator's voltage at a constant 12.5-12.8V when driving + braking. Rather than the conventional Euro 6 feature of elevating charge voltage during braking. This means that for virtually all of the driving the alternator is not providing a charging voltage, merely a power supply voltage.

Typically, DC DC chargers shall reduce in performance with low input voltage. As it displays insufficient support from the alternator.

However..

We have a range of LV model of Saturns to combat this. I.e. they work down to 11.8V at full power, rather than reducing in power.

They are the LV model of Saturn BB -- BB###xLV
