Every year Stranraer Oyster Festival gets bigger and better, more delicious, more high profile, and more joyous.

We are so proud to have worked with the team since the very start. Always ambitious and always aiming to be a nationally important event, by all accounts the festival has achieved that with bells on this year!

The brand we developed right at the start mirrored that confidence and ambition.

Our job each year since then has been to develop the communication infrastructure to help the festival reach more people, sell more tickets and convey the community passion that drives this impressive event.

The list of people and organisations involved in staging this festival grows each year too. It's a seriously impressive example of what communities can achieve. Congratulations to Stranraer and to everyone who helps make this event happen.

It’s always good to push your creative boundaries, and planning, filming and editing a music video was certainly outside my comfort zone!

I’m really pleased with the result though, and it’s great to be helping my nephew’s band take their music career to the next level.

A massive thank you to the Theatre Royal Dumfries – the location for the shoot - what an amazing privilege for the lads to film their first music video in such a historic venue.

The band is called Cloaks and their new single is called Headhunter. It’s already caught the ear of Billy Sloan Show on BBC Radio Scotland, who premiered it last weekend and it gets another play on his show tomorrow evening. Give it a listen!

Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of adding graphics and blending together the wonderful illustrations by Annie Butler of Annie's Art House for this set of panoramic panels that the Galloway and Southern Ayrshire Unesco Biosphere have installed at Knockbrex Hill Viewpoint.
