a good few folk have been asking me about hacking the Amazon Firebox and Firestick, to install the Kodi / Xbmc player to give everything for nothing. I am not comfortable doing it at the moment as it may only work for a few weeks and I don't want to give false hope or disappoint. There are different Beta versions on the go at the moment, the repositories won't load and the channels are becoming unworkable. The latest 16.2 version is being tested, I will keep looking at it and if stable and workable I can then do it.... sorry folks, but I would be happier if I can do it when it will not disappear on people.

He brought on old one aswell and said I can use for parts, it would not start or boot up and said a Tech shop in town said it was knackered. I posted him this picture after using BIOS to wipe drive, then reinstalling windows from a USB...

Do you have hundreds of photos of your children growing up over the years or your amazing holiday experience, guests wedding photos, birthday parties etc.... they can be turned into a DVD slideshow with effects and with you own choice of music running in the background. Accidentally deleted all your digital camera photos etc, they can be recovered from memory or SD cards.... :-)

I had a laptop riddled with malware and no anti virus installed, could barely get on a web page without numerous pop ups happening, very irritating and almost unworkable. Four hours later I have installed programmes and removed all viruses, malware, annoying tool-bars, unwanted installed programmes and it's running like a dream. Then installed fully licensed versions of Malware-bytes and Anti virus, which are set to run weekly in the background to prevent further issues without even noticing.

Added a fully licensed Microsoft Office suite, Registry Mechanic and Torrent sites set up, Chrome extensions added for ad blocking and VPN access to avoid Virgin and BT blocking downloads. Bookmark sites and software set up for streaming football matches through VLC.. Virtually any programmes available on request with licences. Tech places in Dundee will charge you £30 just to look at it, and then a hell of a lot more on top. I will charge you £30 in general for everything. I won't charge if it is a hardware issue and can't be easily resolved, like a hard drive failure I will advise what is wrong and advise you where to get decent priced parts if you require. :-) There is a way of setting up any PC or laptop with the necessary programmes so that you prevent any issues from even happening.

I have spent the last fifteen years fixing all my family and friends PC's issues and now I am going to branch out as I have the knowledge to resolve PC issues.

If you PC is grinding to a halt then I will fix it, with no fix no fee. Saves taking it to somewhere for a £40 look at fee.

Once fixed I will sort out your PC with the latest anti virus, malware protectors and ad blockers etc, all set to run in the background so no need to keep on top of it. Require an operating system upgrade, a high end programme etc..
