A long-standing client called me this morning asking about the following email that he received, supposedly from me.

I did not send this email and if any of my clients have received it please ignore and delete. If you look closely the email address they are using is not mine - it's a Gmail address.

These scammers are getting more elaborate by the day so always beware and feel free to call me if you have any questions about any email you get claiming to be from me! And if they are using my business for this, I'm sure they are pretending to be other web developers too.
