Windows 10 update KB5000802 is causing win32kfull.sys BSOD error.

Windows simply crashes when users click on the ‘Print’ option.

Some users are also facing Bluescreen issue while opening excel ,word and pdf files. . Reports of printer failures include Kyocera, Ricoh, Zebra, and others.

The temporary fix for BSOD is to simply rolling back to an earlier restore point on the PC or uninstall the KB5000802 update manually then pause future updates.

Microsoft are aware of the issue and we are now actively blocking the update to our SoftalkAssist clients.

Just a quick update to keep you informed - Please be aware that many of our clients are desperately needed at this time. Secure facilities, care homes etc. These all need their IT to function properly. So we will be working throughout this period but there are a couple of temporary changes you need to be aware of. As per gov advice we will only be able to provide site visits for emergency infrastructure work to sites considered 'key premises'. All our Softalk Assist remote clients will not notice any change to our service as our monitoring and remote control platform is still fully manned and functioning as normal and we can of course fix the vast majority of the problems that may occur remotely.

We've massively extended our remote desktop licence and are doing our very best to provide any of our clients who wish to work from home, remote access to their work pc. You can rest assured that this work will be undertaken totally free of charge and for the duration of any lockdown. So if you would like this service simply let us know.

We really are trying our very best to support you during this time and will I'm sure, see you face to face again very shortly.
