We’ve been quiet on here but we’ve been anything but quiet! Back in May we started training with Roland DG to support all Roland machines in Scotland. Starting on the print and cut, this will be expanded to cover 3d and cut models asap. A few machines we’ve been doing recently. Now a Certified Roland Service Engineer.

Yes, we’ve been very quiet on here but certainly haven’t been quiet in the real world. Something a bit different though yesterday. A photocopier on a boat in Oban! Unfortunately needs a few parts but engineer has offered to meet the boat at its next stop in Iceland to fit the parts!

Something a bit different this morning, we have been learning Epson printers and this is No 6 for us all fixed. Customer was told by Epson the error it had means it’s just a paperweight!! 40 minutes later customer is delighted to be back up and running!
