10 years in business!

To mark this little achievement we wanted to focus on the 'friend' part of designers' friend.

So we have built a new website that features zero work and simply shows some of the friendships we have built.

So we at Designers' Friend are now opting to work from home. We are slightly less productive but that commute time can now be used to for a daily walk or something similar. We also expect trade to lighten so rather than get despondent, we will be looking to improve ourselves and maybe even press forward with our own new website. Wishing the best to each and everyone of you in these testing times.

Special Projects - EnvelopeOne envelope turns your phone into a very basic device which can only make and receive calls, while the other turns your phone into a photo and video camera with no screen, helping you focus on what’s in front of you.

Very Own Studio designed it. We built it.

Our fastest, most optimised site to date. Toni Moses Design is the first website we've built using our brand new DF server toolkit.

Scoring 100/100 on pingdom, pagespeed insights, gtmetrix & webpagetest, it simply doesn't get any faster.

We'd been waiting for the ideal candidate to come along to test our new system when Mark Ferguson of VOS presented his designs for this site. Instantly we identified that as a rather small yet content rich project, we could really pop the hood and tinker with this one.

The fully responsive design, beautiful hi-resolution imagery, combined with our new technology, has led to a fast, smooth and completely immersive user experience.
