And, as part of that, we're delighted to be continuing our participation with Peer Works, formerly Productivity Club Scotland, which launched yesterday. This cross-sector, nationwide network operates across six regions, provides a platform for professionals to share insights, learn from experts, and collectively enhance business performance. Our Group Services Manager, Colette Reid, has found great value in the monthly themed events and peer-to-peer learning, since joining in 2021.

Eleonora Vanello, the Programme Manager, highlights the initiative's potential in boosting Scotland's productivity and invites professionals from all sectors to join this dynamic community. Peer Works offers a free annual program of country-wide events for learning from experts and peers.
Minister Richard Lochhead supports Peer Works, recognizing its role in aligning with Scotland's National Strategy for Economic Transformation.
