A new partner has entered the chat!

Appointedd is partnering with Merx.

Merx is the conversational commerce platform for enterprise brands. Together, we're bringing appointment booking into the WhatsApp conversations customers already have with a brand.

But what does that mean? We hear you ask.

Well, customers can book (and reschedule) without leaving the chat. Booking activity can trigger automated reminders and relevant service recommendations can be sent before the visit. Feedback requests and follow-up campaigns can be sent after it.

New A Team member alert ⚠️

Today we welcomed Connor, our new Client Success Manager, so obviously we had to go out for a team lunch in Edinburgh. (Is there any better kind of Monday?)

Favourite foods, hobbies, and football allegiances were all thoroughly debated over the table.

Now it's back to the office to fill his head with everything Appointedd.

Takeover time!

What are the perks of partnering with such incredible brands? Attending events like the Harrods H beauty Beach Club, of course.

Join our Marketing Manager Jo, as she takes us to Glasgow (and yes, she booked her ticket using Appointedd) to the hottest club in town. Too cheesy - we're not sorry.

She was treated to a refreshing drink on arrival, a branded passport to visit each brand, and a goodie bag full of treats.
Jo also treated herself to the new Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Blush Healthy Glow Stick.

H beauty outdid themselves with this event and we can't wait for the Carnival later in the year.
