What started as a creative sprint quickly turned competitive, and the bar was incredibly high.

Another big moment for Appointedd this week 👏

Our founder and CEO, Leah Hutcheon, took to the stage at AccelerateHER today, alongside Deputy First Minister Kate Forbes. Leah shared her journey from winning the very first AccelerateHER award a decade ago to leading Appointedd through years of ambitious growth and product evolution.

Leah spoke candidly about what it really takes to build and scale a company over the long term - the wins, the setbacks, and the resilience required to keep going when things get tough.

The next generation of founders brought bold ideas, sharp thinking, and serious ambition - the room was full of energy! The pitches were incredible and the calibre of talent coming through was spectacular.

A full-circle moment for Leah, and a powerful reminder of why backing female founders isn’t just important, it’s essential.

Step into a day in the life of our Content Marketing Manager, Joanna.

Working in Edinburgh means your morning stroll comes with a side of ICONIC: Edinburgh Castle looming majestically on your left, Princes Street (and its tempting shops) on your right.

Between booking weekend shoe fittings during the commute (multitasking at it's finest) and bouncing ideas around with colleagues in the office, it's a day full of creativity, exciting conversations, and a lot of caffeine.

Turns out even our team has mixed feelings about online vs in-store shopping 👀
