Jannetta's has been a landmark in St Andrews for over 100 years, now run by the fourth generation of the family.

Their passion, combined with the legendary taste and fantastic choice of ice cream flavours, regularly results in a huge queue along South Street in St Andrews. Jannetta’s needed an EPOS and Payment Solution that would allow them to process orders and payments quickly and accurately. Our Dojo Paymentsense terminals, integrated with our CES Touch EPOS System, provided the solution.

We have also equipped Jannetta’s with a Gift Card solution integrated into the EPOS System. Customers can choose the amount they want to allocate to their Gift Card, which can be redeemed on future purchases in the famous ice cream parlour.

Made in Italy has been a prominent landmark on Edinburgh’s famous Grassmarket for over 20 years. We were recommended to the owner Marcello Crolla by another one of our long-standing customers.

With a huge outside terrace, Made in Italy needed a system that allowed the staff to process orders on the terrace (and at the table), some distance away from the restaurant.

Using their Radio Wave technology, 50-meter signal range and 18-hour battery life, the Orderman7 handheld terminals provided the solution!

Orders placed on the handhelds are instantly added to the POS in the restaurant, printing the orders to the Kitchen, Pizza area and Bar as required, without the staff having to leave the terrace, allowing them to spend more time with their customers.
