In March 2025 we mark our 3rd year offering Incubation Support to ECommerce businesses, we have built an amazing team of nearly 50 people and will launch our first Incubator programme in the UAE ( CynestX Dubai )in the Summer of 2025. This combined with the launch of our CynestX Academy Training System for incubator companies and staff.

Not everything has gone to plan on this journey! We have had a number of roadblocks, issues that derail where you thought you were. But we have reset ourselves, refocused and pushed forward with the plan of making E-Commerce businesses creation a simple process.

The secret to success in business is to know when you have made a mistake, when you need to pivot and accept that you were wrong. But learn from those mistakes and move forward with a new plan. Not to be discouraged by what has not worked and instead realise what will work.

Your team is everything, leadership is only as good as the people you surround yourself with. CynestX is blessed to have Emma Weaver as CEO. She has created a positive company that looks to the future. She is an inspiration and the driving force with our Incubator companies. She is joined by Colleen our Head of Finance, Clare in Legal and Isobel in Mentoring Recruitment and Training.

We look forward to the next 3 years and beyond. We look forward to chatting to you at the event at the weekend and thank you to all those who have supported and funded the dreams of new entrepreneur's.
