Will joins us with board-level leadership experience across nine and ten figure organisations, having led large-scale operations, IT, and business transformation across the UK, Europe, the US, and EMEA.
Throughout his career, Will has worked directly with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to professionalise delivery, strengthen governance, and drive ex*****on at scale — particularly in complex, high-growth and operationally critical environments.
This appointment reflects a clear intention: as we scale, we are investing in leadership, structure, and ex*****on to ensure we grow properly.
