We come with over 20 years combined experience within the mobile phone industry working for such companies as Bristol Mobile Centres, Phones 4 U and JAG Communications. On occasions we work very closely w

ith the local community with youth work experience and charities. When it comes to repairs we believe that attention to detail is paramount and we take the greatest care when handling any repairs. Pride in our work is paramount. It's what sets us apart.

Before: Wrong glue applied during a previous repair and missing screws.

During: Cleaned and prepped the phone ready to install the back cover, replace missing screws.

After: Screws replaced and correct adhesive reapplied.

This job was extra special because the customer needed a new selfie camera, and with new horizons and life events we helped them capture every moment 🙂

Today I met a young lad who purchased his first batch of squishy toys, yes first and foremost we are a phone shop. I know that.

But today was special, bringing a smile to that young lad's face and getting to chat with him made today feel extra special.

So when people ask "why are you doing toys" it's because of experiences like this.

By launching TIK POP in-store we want to bring the latest and greatest must have toys, so if it's top on Tik Tok, or an instant hit on Insta, we are going to stock it and we don't want you to miss out!!!

And to that young lad today, enjoy your squishies, you brought a smile to my face and with our interaction today you have reassured me that the addition of something radical like toys in a phone shop is 100% completely worth it THANK YOU 🙂

While our stock arrives with visible UKCA and CE markings, we are aware of the recent news headlines and Trading Standards warnings regarding the influx of unsafe, toxic versions of this TikTok craze entering the UK market.

Because our vision is to safely bring the latest online trends into your hands, we are choosing to be proactive. We want to remain 100% committed to the safety of your children.

Therefore, we have temporarily moved these items off the shop floor while we communicate with our UK wholesalers to verify their formal safety test certificates and Declarations of Conformity (DoC).

We want to give you absolute confidence in choosing us and knowing that what you buy from our shelves is fully compliant and completely safe.
