Alpha Touch install 25 power management panels at managing and monitoring power usage. This unique design based on enables the site owner to manage power usage across the site from the office or in fact anywhere. Site visitors also have access to their own energy usage through the Loxone App. For security, visitors have a removable key to enable the power to be switched on/off. The site owner can also take control of the hook up when the pitch is being used for touring caravans to separately record energy use. With rising energy prices the system is saving the owner on energy costs by accurately recording the amount of energy to bill onto the visitor rather than charging a flat rate.

Wholesale electricity costs are increasing at a rapid rate. This is of particular concern to businesses such as caravan parks. This is why we have designed a system for owners to monitor and control their seasonal pitches by each having their own electricity meter.

The beauty of the system is that the park owner can take control of the pitch from reception if it is vacant for period of time and use the pitch for a touring visitor. The meter recording is then switched to ‘admin mode’ so that electricity is billed to them whilst keeping a record of electricity used by the seasonal visitor for when they return.

The system is easily retrofitted to existing electrical hook ups providing key access to the seasonal pitch visitor for their own electricity supply so they have complete control over the amount of electricity they use. They can even keep a tab on the amount of electricity they have used through a simple App.

From the park owners perspective, each pitch meter can be read from the park reception so they can record how much electricity to bill their customer for. The meter can then be reset remotely from reception ready for the next billing period.

installation is simple just adding a small weatherproof box and a couple of cables to each hook-up unit.

Alpha Touch install ANPR Access Control for Erwlon Caravan Park in Llandovery. Integrating the system with the parks online booking system from , Alpha Touch developed and deployed its own gateway between the booking system and the cameras, providing a smooth check-in process for keeping the park secure. A rising hydraulic bollard installed by is controlled by the two cameras for entry and exit through the single entrance. Additionally, Alpha Touch have provided a system to enable manual control of the bollard during busy periods via smartphone or the desktop computer in the office. The ANPR cameras have been supplied by through their excellent support have helped to bring the project to its fruitition.
