🌟 TO THE KIDS WHO DIDN’T GET THE RESULTS THEY WANTED… THIS IS FOR YOU ❤️

Yesterday we had a young lad come into the cafe for breakfast. He’d got his results and unfortunately they weren’t what he needed to get onto the course he wanted.

He was genuinely upset, and it got me thinking…

Yesterday we see hundreds of proud mums and dads posting pictures of their children, telling everyone how amazing they’ve done. And quite rightly too — they should be incredibly proud. ❤️

But amongst all those amazing results, there will also be kids sitting at home feeling like they’ve failed.

So this post is for you.

If you didn’t get the grades you wanted…
If you didn’t get onto the course you dreamed of…
If you’re looking at everyone else’s results and wondering why you couldn’t do the same…

PLEASE DON’T THINK THIS IS THE END.

It really, really isn’t.

Life has a funny way of working itself out. The path you thought you were going to take might not be the path you end up on — and sometimes the unexpected road turns out to be the one that leads you exactly where you’re meant to be.

You might find another course.
You might take a different route.
You might discover something you never even considered.
And one day, you might look back and realise that the result you were crying about today actually led you somewhere better. ❤️

One set of results does not decide how successful, talented, kind, hardworking or amazing you are.

So tonight, if you’re disappointed, allow yourself to be disappointed.

Then dust yourself down.

This isn’t the end of your story… it’s just another chapter. ❤️

And to every parent out there — whether you’re celebrating fantastic results or comforting a child who is heartbroken — give them a massive hug.

Because whatever is written on that piece of paper…

YOU SHOULD STILL BE PROUD OF THEM. ❤️

So.... I've been a bit quite here at head office as I've been teaching my daughter how to use my equipment so she can set her own little business up as she's just not finding a job in and around where we live.

Here's some medal hangers my daughter has been working on. They can be plain wood or just ask for a colour and she can see if she has it in stock, they are roughly 22cms x 10cms and are £13.00 (no paint) £14 (painted) - £3.00 postage

My daughter is busy working on different medal 🏅 holders at the moment.

If there is anything else anyone needs or thinks they need designed and made do let me know so I can pass the info over - thanks

She's now taken my ideas and put them altogether to add more stuff to her portfolio to sell. One is a keyring hanger and the others are signs. All you have to do is add tape etc to the back to hang them up.

She has layered the designs to make them look 3D

Keyring one she is selling at £13 as its lots of layers, posting would be £5 as its heavy.

My daughter is now going to try and make her own things to get money 💰 🤑 before she starts college as unfortunately there's no vacancies for jobs in the area we live.

School's out, and I'm ready to work! 🚀
​Now that my GCSEs are over, I am officially taking over the reins on my mom's business for the summer so I can learn how to run a business and save up some money.

​If you’ve been thinking about buying items that are designed and then made from wood now is the perfect time! You’ll be directly supporting me a local 16-year-old getting their foot on the career ladder.

I've designed and cut my first ever project yesterday and was truly grateful for the support. I designed and cut a Gymnastics medal holder 😄 please do let me know if you are after anything in particular that I could possible make ❤️
