Time to start planning:
Windows 7 support will end on January 14, 2020
Microsoft made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009. When this 10-year period ends, Microsoft will discontinue Windows 7 support so that they can focus there investment on supporting newer technologies and great new experiences. The specific end of support day for Windows 7 will be January 14, 2020. After that, technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC will no longer be available for the product. Microsoft strongly recommends that you move to Windows 10 sometime before January 2020 to avoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available.

Has anyone been recieving email from McAfee Anti Virus asking for renewal?? If you have, do check your software licence before you act on the email which I am 100% certain that its a scam. I have never recieved email from any antivirus program asking for payment.. you would know from notification from antivirus if its up to date or not. Please be careful with random emails from any software company.. Consult with us if unsure!! Please email us at [email protected].. we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We recently started invested in Log Me In Rescue console and we can remote into your computer (via LogMein123.com on internet explorer, chrome) ...so all your software/non hardware issues issues can now be resolved without you having to worry about any external cost of technician appointments. Hardware Issues however will still have to be attended by technicians.
