Colourgraphic Arts is a local family business first established in 1983. Whilst like so many businesses they were forced to adapt during Covid, their business has remained stable and successful, even bagging an award in 2021! Here are their top tips for running a business in Bordon.

1. Make sure you have a good plan. You need to know what you want to do and be able to fully commit to it.

2. Learn the business from the bottom up. Whether that's knowing how to operate the machinery or technology, understanding the customer base, or appreciating the financial roles involved. Not only will this knowledge be the foundations for success, but you'll also gain respect from those you work with.

3. Be prepared to adapt. You never know what will happen (March 2020...) and don't wait until it's too late to change direction.

4. .. and this is something we always say at SiGNAL too - Always take pride in your achievements. Celebrate the wins! The Colourgraphics team recently celebrated an award win, up against fierce national competition. Amazing! It was a truly wonderful reflection on the entire team effort.
