This role involves overseeing web projects from the end of the sales process right through to launch. These projects would be full web builds on Webflow, optimising existing Webflow sites, or setting up marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, the design team, and the development team, with a view to coordinating support, milestones, deliverables, testing and project work.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Maintain communication between client, development team and design team
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the complete ex*****on of projects
- Manage the relationship with the client
- Quality control of external contract work

Required Experience

- 1+ years experience in a similar role

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Webflow.

Who you are

You’ve got a keen eye for the aesthetic and you’re not satisfied until something works as it should. You also understand web design from a sales and marketing perspective, and are able to appreciate a clients’ viewpoint.

- You love designing websites.
- You know your way around Figma, XD or similar tooling.
- You can take something from an idea to a high-fidelity design.
- You’re experienced with interaction and animation, and how to convey these concepts.
- You’re familiar with Webflow, and design systems.
- You’re an excellent communicator and fluent in English.

What you'll do

- Lead the design of cutting-edge websites, platforms and apps.
- Create moodboards, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Design thoughtful UI interactions and web animations.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing.

As a web development company we've been keen to put our expertise towards something to help the small business community during this crisis.

To this end, we've created a simple website that allows you to enter the postcode of your business premises to quickly find the information needed to apply for one of the government's COVID-19 small business grant funding schemes.

Local authorities have been contacting eligible businesses by writing to them at their business address, but with the majority of business premises currently closed, these important notices are often being missed and many small businesses are missing out on obtaining this much-needed funding.

Even if you're exempt from business rates you could still be eligible for £10,000.
