One of the biggest myths about running your own business?

“One day it’ll all be done.”

It won’t.

There will always be another email, another social post, another enquiry, and another thing that Meta has decided to move for absolutely no reason.

Meanwhile…

Current office conditions… ☀️

Things business owners say during a heatwave:

“I’ll do that later.”

“It’s too hot to think.”

“I’ll sort social media next week.”

And then somehow… summer disappears and the to-do list is still staring back at you 😅

Honestly? We hear versions of this all the time.

Not because people don’t care.

But because running a business is already a full-time job before you add in social media, websites, SEO, content, updates, captions, and all the other bits that quietly get pushed down the list.

That’s often where we come in.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹… 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿.

But if you know us, you’ll know family has always sat at the heart of everything we do. And over the last few months, we made a conscious decision to step back from our own socials for a little while as we welcomed our beautiful third daughter, Sadie, into the world.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Whilst our own page may have been a little quieter, behind the scenes it’s been anything but.

Client campaigns. Website builds. Content creation. Strategy sessions. Supporting brilliant businesses. Helping brands stay visible, relevant, and moving forward.

If anything, the last few months have reminded us of something we say to clients all the time…

Consistency matters.
But so do boundaries.
So does family.
And so does having the right people around you when business doesn’t slow down.

That’s why so many businesses choose to outsource their marketing, not just for the work itself, but for the trust, consistency, and headspace it creates.

So, consider this our slightly overdue hello as a family of five… a proper introduction to our newest little team member… and a quiet reminder that we’re still here, building, creating, and ready for what’s next.
