Celebrating Success on the Track! 🏎️

Our helpdesk team has been delivering exceptional results this quarter, despite facing some challenges along the way. To recognize their hard work and dedication, we treated them to a well-deserved day of go-karting!

Despite the added pressure from staff shortages due to sickness, the team exceeded expectations by maintaining exceptional SLA performance and earning some of the highest customer survey feedback this year. Clients were particularly impressed by the speed at which our engineers are resolving issues, thanks to their growing experience and the ongoing training that's clearly paying off. This enhanced efficiency ensures our clients’ businesses continue to run smoothly with minimal IT disruptions.

A big shoutout to Kieran, who secured 1st place on the track! 🏁 Well done to the entire team for going the extra mile, both in the office and on the karting circuit.

We’re proud to support Grassboots, a fantastic charity helping families who struggle to provide the right sports gear for their kids. After hearing about their work, we decided to get involved by donating new football boots so more kids can enjoy the game they love. ⚽

In fact, we’re taking it a step further—if you have any unused sports clothing or footwear, we’re collecting donations at our office to pass along to Grassboots. Let’s work together to make sure every child has the chance to play and enjoy sports.

🔒 I recently came across this image in a cybersecurity group I follow, and it got me thinking. While it shows how long it might take to brute force different types of passwords, the reality is more shocking. Hackers no longer try and brute force passwords, they simply ask you for them in the form of a phishing email or website, tricking you into giving up your password voluntarily. You'd be surprised how many people fall for this.

No matter how complex your password is, it's vulnerable. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is crucial for adding an extra layer of security. However, even the best security systems can be undermined by human error.

To combat this, we now offer Security Awareness Training as part of our Cyber Security services. Our training sessions are short, regular, and designed to keep your team vigilant. Plus, we conduct 'safe' phishing tests to ensure your staff are security-aware. If anyone slips up, we provide immediate, targeted training to reinforce good practices.
